Article 1 – Object and Scope

These General Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale (hereinafter the "Agreement") govern the provision of the SaaS service "Veil-it" by the company Veil-it (the "Provider") to the client company (the "Client").

Any subscription to the Service implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC and the annexed Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

The Service is a decision-support and security tool (B2B) and is not intended for consumers (B2C).

Article 2 – Description of the Service

Veil-it is a Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solution dedicated to AI tools. The Service includes:

A Browser Extension (the "Local Client") which detects, alerts, or blocks attempts to send sensitive data according to defined rules.
An Administrator Dashboard (the "Console") allowing configuration of rules and visualization of security logs.

Technical Specification: The Service operates on a "Privacy by Design" logic. Semantic analysis is performed locally. No textual content (prompt) is exfiltrated to the Provider's servers. Only security metadata (incident type, timestamp, tool involved) is transmitted.

Article 3 – Technical Prerequisites

The Service requires the use of Chromium-compatible browsers (list updated on the website). The Client is solely responsible for the maintenance and security of its IT infrastructure and browser versions.
